I know a bunch of people were using an online variation of the AN schedule though the name of the app eludes me right now... That app would be Guidebook (on iOS, Android and web apps). I've found it very useful, especially since you can set alarms for any event.

Posting the list could work, I think, as long as you: -Inform people (like through the program guide) that the signs will be there. -Have extras available in case the ones you have up get torn down. -Mention on the signs that these are just what people on the forum chose to submit, and it's far from complete. That sounds like a good solution though I do think it couldn't hurt to broadcast a digital version too seeing as most people have a smartphone these days.

Have a better line up system. Yelling at the crowd of people to go away just made the volunteer/staff look silly. I showed up early to line up but apparently not early enough and was showered with inappropriate commennets by staff. My favourite was "I have a photographic memory and if you don't leave now I won't let you in later". Seriously, some lady yelled this to the crowd. You can't just tell people waiting to go into an event to go away and if your line up exceeds expectations there should be a back up plan.

Well part of the problem was that the 'back up plan' was kinda dashed against the rocks due to the autograph area right where the line was supposed to go. We did eventually get a line set up but that had to have a limited length due to fire regulations.

The only thing I ask is please, please have a better lineup system. I understand there were issues but things still could have been handled much better than they were. I also remember the "photographic memory" comment. Very rude staff. One guy I talked to was somewhat reasonable/understanding, but when he finally let us into the line and we were maybe in the next 100 people waiting to go in (after at least an hour of waiting) the staff just up and moved from the doorways and everyone who had just stood around waiting, not in line, rushed in before the majority of people who had actually lined up.
Nominoichi is a great thing, and it's been excellent in past years, but if it's anything like 2014's was run I will skip it this year because it's just not worth it.

Gonna have to echo all the line complaints. It's not enough to make me consider not bothering with it, but yeah.
