Excellent questions, and thanks very much for taking the time to ask in advance of the event.
Anyone who plans to be inside Hall A before 7:00 must be included on our list of sellers.
Therefore, if you need someone to carry boxes, or to set up your table, or work with you in any way, they must also be included on the list of Sellers. This includes all "helpers", "friends", "assistants", "partners", and other titles, they all need to be listed as Sellers. Even if they are not actually doing any selling at your table. To get into the room they must be on the list, no exceptions.
Also, to clarify, a half table is limed to a single seller. That one person must be able to bring in, set-up, and take down all their stuff by themselves alone as a half table is not allowed to add a second name to the list.
Also the Nominoichi is in Hall A of the TCC building at Anime North. Thus, every seller, every buyer, every person who wants to get into the building MUST have a badge.
So the short answer is yes. Please email me your helpers full name and email address so I can add them to the sellers list before the deadline. Also your helpers will not be allowed into the building, or anywhere near the Nominoichi, unless they have a Friday badge.

Hello! Thank you for clarifying a lot of things, but I still have a question!
One of the sellers at my table will be showing up later in the evening, at around 8, after the nominoichi opens up. She's already registered on my table (N110) as a seller. Should I pick up her ribbon for her?
Thank you!

If she's arriving after 7:00 she'll have to wait in the buyers line, but we expect that line to be very short by 8:00.
The best plan would be for her to stop by the staff tables so we can mark here as attended and give her a ribbon. We do not give out extra ribbons.
Once we end at 10:30 only sellers with a ribbon will be allowed to stay behind and clean up. Everyone else without a ribbon will be asked polity, yet firmly, to leave.

Perfect, I'll let her know to be in the buyers line, thank you I'll be sure she has ID and everything as well so she can pick the ribbon up when she arrives.
