I have no registrations for "[...]have until the end of the week (April 20) to sign up. It's now April 20th, but don't know what the numbers are or even if panels we registered for have enough panelists. Is there a way we can see the number of registered panelists for each panel?

The confirmation emails will probably come out later today - I don't think it's hit April 20th in every timezone. Once those emails go out, you should be able to see how many panelists will be joining you, as well as their emails so you can get in touch and plan the panel.

Thanks for the explanation but I know how receiving the confirmation emails works. I'm just confused because I thought bringing the number of panelists up is something that must be done before April 20, but I'm waiting to see which ones have insufficient # of panelists but you're saying to wait until they get confirmed? But won't they remain unconfirmed because of that very reason?

As far as I know there's nothing on the ANpanels site that notifies you of that, but I could be wrong.

Some fruit of some SQL magic perhaps. Just don't want to bite off more than I can chew. "Until April 20th," usually means April 20th 23:59 anyways, right? (;・∀・)

That was a request/complaint lots of people had last year: to have a list of how many people are actually in our panel or a full list of submitted panels.... the list of lists is the only way I know of to know how many panelists are in (that and emails)... Also I'm submitting panels late rn so hopefully they're not cut off >.> panels are to be confirmed between now and end of April! (They apparently need to send off to print on 1st May)

Yeah I already know about the list of lists but it's only showing panels with exactly 3 panelists. I guess panels that have ≤2 panelists get dealt with from this point on? I've asked Fingers on his thread there. Hopefully they don't just get auto-dropped.

YN stuff is handled differently. We have a little wiggle room to add new panels so as long as something's registered before Monday, it's good. I'm pretty busy with work right now so I probably won't finish scheduling/approving until sometime next week.
We can still add panelists to approved panels up until the con.
I'll be posting a list of how many people are on each panel shortly.
