Possibly a silly question, but what exactly is a clear file? Is it like a folder to put things in or just an artwork print? I tried googling it, but it didn't come up with much of a description. Sorry for all the questions!

Good question, a clear file is like a folder that you can slip paper into except as the name suggest there are parts of the folder that are transparent so you can see what is inside of it  |
