Hey there all! I did not get lucky with the lottery, but pomelo was kind enough to offer me space at her table, so I'm back for another year! Here's a link to her thread, so be sure to check out her stuff as well.
The spreadsheet worked out rather well for me last year, so I'll be using one again this year. Some notes to bear in mind before you click the link:
1) I will be doing reserves. I will hold your stuff for 1 hour after Nomi opens (unless we arrange otherwise), after which your items will go on the table if you haven't shown up, and any pricing deals we agreed to will be void. I will close reserves on Friday, May 17th at 11:59pm. I will give codewords after reserves close, so be sure to give me the codeword and your username when you get to my table. I am not doing back-up reserves as it makes things too confusing.
2) Be sure to check all the tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet to see the different sections of stuff I have, and scroll right to check for image links (when they go up) and notes/further information about the items! The codes on the spreadsheet are mainly for my use, and you don't have to list the items you're interested in by said codes, but it does help in the case of similar items. If an item is reserved, the code cell will be coloured, but sometimes I have more than one; if there are extras, I will make note of that, so double-check all the columns!
3) Items in purple font are free with purchase, and can be reserved. The only exceptions are the MHA postcards I have, which are still free with purchase, but I will not be taking reserves on them, and it's only one per person to make it fair. So if you want one of those, get to my table ASAP. Newly added items will be in red font (I'm going through my collection, doing some spring cleaning. If you ever see anything marked with "TBD" in any of the columns, it's not yet available to reserve, but should be soon (this is because I have some items on preorder, but I'm not sure if they'll arrive before Nomi so I don't want to properly add them until I have them in hand).
4) I'm open to some haggling and deals with multiple (3+) items, particularly on my older/non-anime stuff because I want it gone, but I reserve the right to remain firm on my prices (especially on single items). Most if not all of my keychains and badges are brand new or like new and imported from Japan (from places like Animate, Surugaya, Amiami, Lashinbang, or individual sellers on Otamart and Mercari Japan), several of them being event or store exclusives, and I'm well aware of what they tend to go for in the aftermarket. I'm not interested in trades at this time.
5) That said, if we agree on a price beforehand, I will not allow further bargaining at the event, unless you're buying more stuff. We made a deal and that's that. Also make sure you know what you're buying and prepare accordingly; I can provide plastic shopping bags, but if you bought/reserved more than you can physically manage, that's on you. If you change your mind on your reserve, let me know by Thursday, May 23 at 11:59pm so I can make note and prepare accordingly.
6) If it's marked unopened, I would prefer to keep it unopened, especially if it has a seal on it.
7) It's likely I won't bring bulky stuff like costumes with me as I have limited table space this year, so if you want to guarantee them, reserve them. I also won't be happy if you reserve them and then change your mind at the event; I'm willing to give measurements and sizing to the best of my ability, so please don't be that person.
You can find my list of stuff here. I'm willing to take additional photos of items if requested, or answer any other questions. Measurements are available upon request.
Thanks, I look forward to seeing everyone!
