Hello all! This year I plan on running two Fire Emblem shoots on both Friday and Saturday!
Friday at TCC 2 @ 6pm
Saturday at TCC 3 @ 1pm!
I have submitted my application and i hope to hear back soon!
Some general rules that i run at my photoshoots to be aware of if you plan to attend
1. Be respectful to your fellow cosplayers. There will be zero tolerance for rough housing and aggressive behaviour. These costumes are extremely delicate and if a costume piece were to become damaged due to rough behaviour it would be devestating. Don't be that guy.
2. ASK BEFORE YOU TOUCH! Not everyone has the same comfort levels with being touched in or out of costume. That being said DO NOT TOUCH ANYONE IN THEIR NONO SQUARES. I had an issue with this one year personally and I didn't think it had to be said but it does.
3. Watch your props. A lot of us have props to bring along with our cosplays but always be weary of where they are and how much they move. You don't want to accidentally whack someone over the head with your lance
4. Keep the area clean! We are guests here and other people run photoshoots in the same location! Take your garbage with you!
These are just some general rules to be noted before attending the shoot. There are some other rules but they will be explained at the event as they are harder to describe through text.
If you have any questions/concerns please feel free to email me at caledfwelsh@gmail.com!
Also if you plan to cosplay Fire Emblem, please let me know in the thread! I'm excited to see the fruits of your cosplaying labour!
Hope to see you all there!
-Ollie
Also if anyone knows if they have a megaphone they could lend me/show me how to use that would be great... my throat is usually dead by the end of the weekend because of shouting over airplanes...
