This year the Nominoichi is in a new location (Although, it's still in Hall F at the TCC) and the Nominoichi now also includes the Fashion Swap, so a new table layout has been arranged.
Because of this, and from previous experiences in the past, I won't assume the plan will be the final layout. Although we do have a plan, and a promise on what is should be, there is always a chance that the final layout could be quite different than the plan.
Therefore, if people are unaware exactly where there tables ought to be, then they can't be upset if they are in the 'wrong' spot!
However, I can give you a rough description on what to expect in the Nominoichi, and where you should look to find your table.
This year the Nominoichi is in the very back of Hall F, at the TCC. Unfortunately all the "doors" to the Nominoichi are hidden around corners and none will be visable from the front of the hall Although I've been promised a few signs to help guide people to the entrance.
If you've just walked into the building and are standing near the reg-area, look at the back of the hall and you should see a huge black wall, we will be behind that wall.
Once you find the entrance and come in there should be a stage set up to your right, and a mass of tables arranged in islands to your left, with a final row of tables along the far left edge of the room.
In total there will be five islands, the first island (closest to the door) has tables N01 to N22. Tables N01 and N02 are the staff tables. If you have any questions or problems with anyone else at the Nominoichi please come to see us first.
The second island has tables N23 to N44, the third has tables N45 to N66, the fourth has tables N67 to N88, and the fifth island (on the side opposite the door) has tables N89 to N110
Finally, along the far left edge of the room will be a row of tables N111 to N130. These tables, and the ones at the edge of the islands closest to this row, will compose the Fashion Swap.
Once again I want to stress that this is not a finalized and finished layout. On the day of the event we may have to move a few tables around, but if it all goes to plan then this is how it should be.
