Quite simply I'm a fan who bought way too much stuff over the years. Now I've just simply run out of storage space. Circumstances changed, and I find that I no longer have the luxury of storing as much as I once did.
So I really am not taking any chances on having to take stuff home. I'm selling stuff so cheap it literally hurts. But if it a) goes to a fan, b) I manage to recoup some amount of cash, and c) it doesn't have to go back home with me -- then I'm good.
I'm getting rid of tons of stuff both anime and not. Some of the "not" will get posted here too. I'm planning a yard sale next month for all sorts of other more mundane oddments that have no connection to anime or geek culture. Just sold my old bike online (again for less than I might have been able to get, but it sold fast and it's gone - and I have a bit of cash in my pocket.)
Sometimes life give you lemons. Then it's time to get out the juicer!

BTW, if any of you know Terry & Anthony from The Comic Den or Terrance from Kikiwai (back in the day) -- well, you'll know where nearly all of my money went when I was younger and far more foolish.
Not that I didn't enjoy myself. I still drop in to chat with Terry & Anthony now and again (great guys, but much harder to visit now that the Den is gone.) Terrance, I lost touch with after Kikiwai closed it's doors. He always had a huge smile for me (possibly because he knew he was about to make some money. But I prefer to think he was just genuinely a happy, friendly guy.)
Well. As the saying goes "a fool and his money are soon parted..." And I played the fool very, very well.

Kuma a suggestion. When you update your item list alter the subject heading that way people will know you have added things to the list and will check to see if there is anything else they want to buy.
