No. Usually we go until the start of May, but this year we need the schedule finalized by May 1st for printing. In order to have enough time for scheduling and copy-edits, registration will be closing on the 20th but we can still add panelists up to the con. (And there's some wiggle room next week for late additions if we have space.)
On the 20th, any YN panel with 3-5 panelists will be scheduled based on space availability. Panels/events with 1-2 people can also be approved as long as I know that those panelists are confident in their ability to run with that few people.

Some panels are already scheduled so you'll likely see a few things appearing on your schedule on ANPanels.com this week and next.
