People who don't have a table reserved and want to go shopping at the Nominoichi are called buyers. The 6:00 line up is for them. The Nominoichi opens at 7:00 and OS doesn't want buyers to line up more than an hour before the event starts. People who do have a table reserved are called sellers. They will have a different time to arrive and line up. Those details will be found in the "you have a table" email I sent each seller. It's the same email that includes the table number. (I kind of like what I wrote here, so I edited it back into the first post)

Sellers may start lining up at 4, but you won't be allowed in until Chris gets there and says it is ok, 5-5:30. Buyers may start lining up at 6, but you won't be allowed in until 7.

Thanks. That information is incorrect and I'll get the website to fix it.
The Nominoichi will OPEN on Friday at 7:00pm and will close at 10:30pm

You should check out the first post again.
It's been updated with some new information, and we added numbers to the tables. But remember, the numbers are not yet confirmed and the tables may not be in this exact layout at the event. If you need any help finding a table just ask at the staff tables.
... and if you have any other questions just let me know.

I am tempted to add the number locations to the Nomi list but I am conflicted since I don't want to make that mistake twice.

Well to be clear: The table locations are not confirmed yet. The numbers won't change, but they might not be where we have them shown here. This is only our plan, and often the reality is a bit different from the plan. You can't go wrong with just numbers, you take a risk if you add locations. But it's your list, so it's your choice.

And a footnote for sellers:
You may not swap, move, or exchange your table with another sellers table. Please don't bother asking me asking to do this.

Say Chris. What are those black dots on the map in front of table 140, 147, and 178? Are they pillars?

I think so. But I believe they are not as big as they appear on the map. They might be just I-beams for support like you can see in the photo of the red banner.
... but I'm not totally sure.

EE Thanks for the map I like seeing the layout, also I can give my friends a general idea of where ill be. I see that the table placements might change but, that is understandable ^^

Here's hoping those beams don't cause too much of a problem or the layout may end up quite different.

Thank you for the table numbers!!
Oh, I have a concern about spacing for sellers, especially the ones against the wall. Will there be room to put an open suit case behind the tables and still move? Last year the center grouped tables had lots of room, but this year I am against a wall and I worry about spacing for movement.
A few years ago, the people there barely had room to walk, much less put anything. However, the venues were smaller back then.

Ummm. There's probably an error somewhere.
Once we figure it out you can come and see us at the staff tables to find the real table 161.
