If you are sure you want to reserve a table, or if you are just considering it, please take the time to carefully read this advice.
Finally, if you have any more questions about how to reserve a table please ask them here.

- Do NOT try to be the first person to reserve a table.
I don't care what time your computer, or any other computer, said it was sent. If my computer says I received your email at 7:59 then it's rejected. There's always a rush of people who try to send in a reservation at EXACTLY 8:00, and a few of them are always a few seconds too early. Last year people who were ten seconds early didn't get a table, but people who were 20 hours late did. Although reservations are processed in the order received, we usually sell out within hours; not seconds. - IF you want to sell in a group of two or three, then decide who is going to reserve your table, who is going to be the "table contact", and be the only person to actually reserve the table. It's a needless headache when two or three members of a group each try to reserve a table for everyone. Figure that out first, then only ONE person should send in one table request listing everyone.
- Also, if you are a table contact, be sure that your group is only listed at your table. It raises a lot of red flags when different tables each try to claim the same person as a group member.
- IF you want your table to be in a chain of three, or more, of your friends tables then you must be sure to include the name of EVERY table contact in your email.Everyone in the chain must include all the information of every other table contact in the line. Be aware that we might not be able to put you in the exact order you asked for, but (assuming you are all able to successfully reserve a table ) you should all be together in a rowI would like to be located next to:
(Table contact one First and last name, email address)
(Table contact two First and last name, email address)
(Table contact three First and last name, email address)
(Table contact four First.... - USE the correct subject. It's very exact for a reason and if you get it wrong it's not going to get sorted into the right folder.
- Also make sure you include ALL the needed info in your email. Check that you have First and Last names and Email addresses for everyone who is selling at your table.
- Do NOT send a second email asking if I got the first one. This will only pull your email out of the queue and bump it to the back of the line. My computer does this automatically and I only see your request when I read your second email, and by then it's often too late. Remember that it takes about a full week for me to sort through and process all the tables requests.
