The age old question, what format is better?
I am planning this as a panel to be done in the dub room at AN 2020 at 1:00 pm on Sunday.

We do try to work on around people's schedules, but form what I've seen, only guests have been able to request specific time slots. My apologies in advance.
I think its been years since this panel was approved, because there doesn't seem to be any new arguments to add to such a a subjective topic, just good and bad examples of both. What are you planning to discuss in this panel?

A straight up "which is better" might not work super well (and as crownowa mentioned, has not been approved in a long time), but maybe digging into a broader discussion of how sub / dub relate to how accessible anime (and by extension, other media) is?
Mostly thinking about the huge amount of discourse happening on Twitter regarding Bong Joon-ho's Oscar wins for Parasite and the "one-inch barrier".
(Even so, that might not be enough to get approved; food for thought though!)

Then the idea moves from Dub vs. Sub to "Accessibility of Anime in Foreign Markets", which I don't think can take up full hour unless you're talking about the history of exporting Japanese culture.
