Shance has a good question regarding the 50-50 rule.
Trading cards and other small trinkets (such as postcards) may be sold individually. Let's consider each trading card and trinket its own SKU. Does each SKU count towards the 50-50 rule?
Could someone game the system by putting 100 Pokemon TCG commons for sale and then selling 100 larger, substantial non-anime items? Where do you draw the line? 50-50 based on number of SKUs, or 50-50 based on total SKU value? If the latter, then someone could just price an single anime item at $1 million and claim that as the anime portion.
Apologies if this sounds like nitpicking, but the 50-50 rule is open to this sort of interpretation.

Can sellers buy from other sellers? Also, what time does setup normally begin? If I end up finding myself needing to sign up and I get a table, I'll need to know so I can plan accordingly.

Of course the person you will be sharing a table with will be completely random, but I find it's not really much different from getting a full table and then sharing it with someone you spoke with on the forums.

I'm just wondering, as a potential seller: are Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemon cards considered official anime merchandise under the 50-50 rule?

Although, Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemon cards are considered to be "gaming" related items, and thus would be acceptable to be sold at the Nominoichi anyway, both are also part of an expanded Anime series of TV shows, films and Manga. Therefore, they could also classified as "official Anime Merchandise".
While the selling of "gaming" items is optional, selling "Anime" items is not, so I would consider the Anime Classification to trump the Gaming, and consider these items as official anime merchandise.
Does that sound agreeable?

Are we allowed to sell alpacasso plush as part of the 50-50 rule? I have a bunch of manga I want to sell, but I wanted to know if I could bring my alpacasso too. Do they fall under the Japanese Culture category since they are huge right now in Japan?

They have been 'huge' for a few years now.
Sure you are welcome to sell them. I believe last year someone was trying to sell them too. Their prices were a bit steep, so I don't know how well they sold, but there were out there.
Anyway, lets say that items like this would fall under "Japanese Culture" and therefore you'd still need to include more total anime, Alright?

I have a question: I just signed up for nominoichi and on my computer it was 8:00:30 when I pressed send but when I sent it, the email said it was sent 7:59:23.
Am I safe or should I re-send the email just incase it gets deleted because it was too early? >.<

Am I safe or should I re-send the email just incase it gets deleted because it was too early? >.< It'd be safer to resend the e-mail. As stated in the in the table reservations FAQ: Any request sent in before this date and time (April 20 8:00pm) will be ignored and deleted. Technically you sent it at a time before 8:00pm even though you were unaware. I used a world clock website to ensure I submitted my reservation exactly at 8pm. I feel that sending a reservation even a few seconds before 8pm is unfair to those who waited for the exact time since priority table seating is given on a first come, first serve basis.

Hello all, I'm new to selling at the nominoichi and was wondering how long it usually takes to receive table numbers?
(Edit: sorted, just received my email)

My first reservation was rejected due to format issues, I resent hopefully with correct formatting...
Hopefully we still get a table! /cries internally
